  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
