  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Mini vegan marshmallows or vegan marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your mini muffin tin or tart pans.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Press into muffin wells.
  3. Bake for 5–6 minutes until golden; let cool completely.
  4. Heat cream in a saucepan until simmering. Pour over chocolate and butter; stir until smooth.
  5. Fill cooled tart shells with ganache and refrigerate for about 1 hour until set.
  6. Top with vegan marshmallows; toast lightly if desired.
