1 cup arugula or mixed greens
1 avocado
56 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup diced cucumber
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 cup garlic croutons
1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
1 tsp lemon juice or balsamic vinegar (optional)
Instructions
Grill the chicken breast seasoned with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning (or paprika), salt, and pepper for about 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest before slicing.
