  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 8 oz Bowtie Pasta
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup half and half
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 12 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
  2. Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until soft and fragrant.
