  • 200 g fettuccine pasta
  • 250 g chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, lightly steamed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then add heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted. Add steamed broccoli and fettuccine; mix well.
