  • 500g chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 200g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
  • 2 cups cooked white rice

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions; set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until golden brown. Remove chicken from the pan.
  3. In the same wok, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add broccoli and mushrooms; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and optional chili flakes. Return chicken to the pan with cornstarch slurry; cook until the sauce thickens.
  5. Serve hot over steamed rice.
