1 lb ground beef
½ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp dijon mustard
¼ cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
4 cups green lettuce (chopped)
½ cup grape tomatoes (sliced)
¼ cup dill pickle (chopped)
¼ cup red onion (diced or sliced)
1 avocado (sliced)
½ cup burger sauce
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons tomato paste
¼ cup sweet relish
1 teaspoon vinegar (or lemon juice)
½ teaspoon paprika
Instructions
Heat your skillet over medium heat.
Add the ground beef and break it up as it cooks.
Season with salt, garlic powder, and pepper while it's cooking.
Continue cooking until the meat is browned and no longer pink.
Once cooked, remove the meat from heat.
Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
Stir in dijon mustard and cheddar cheese until melted.
In a medium-sized plate or bowl, layer in this order: chopped lettuce, cooked ground beef mixture, sliced tomatoes, chopped pickles, diced red onion, sliced avocado, and additional shredded cheese.
Drizzle with your choice of burger sauce or dressing.
